Cancellation Policy

1. No Subscriptions or Recurring Payments

FinCalc Pro does not offer subscriptions, memberships, or recurring billing of any kind. All donations made through our "Buy Me a Coffee" feature are one-time, voluntary payments. There are no plans, tiers, or recurring charges to cancel.

2. Cancelling Before Payment

If you navigate to the Razorpay payment page but decide not to proceed, you can simply close the payment window or tab. No payment will be processed unless you complete the transaction and receive a success confirmation on the Razorpay checkout page.

3. Completed Donations

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it is considered a completed voluntary payment. As outlined in our Refund Policy, all donations are final and generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on requesting a review.

4. Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a Reserve Bank of India licensed payment aggregator. FinCalc Pro does not store or handle any payment card information. Transaction receipts and confirmations are sent by Razorpay to the email address provided at checkout.
