1. Voluntary Donations
FinCalc Pro is a free financial calculator platform. All donations made through our "Buy Me a Coffee" feature are voluntary, one-time payments meant to support the upkeep and development of the website. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or products sold.
2. General No-Refund Policy
Since donations are voluntary, all payments are final and generally non-refundable. By completing a donation, you acknowledge that you are making a voluntary contribution without receiving any goods or services in return.
3. Exception — Erroneous or Duplicate Charges
If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., an incorrect amount, duplicate transaction, or unauthorized charge), you may request a review by contacting us within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
To submit a request, please contact us via our website with the following details:
- Your full name
- Transaction amount and date
- Razorpay payment reference / transaction ID
- Brief description of the issue
4. Review Process
Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will acknowledge your email within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business daysto the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny requests that fall outside the 7-day window or lack sufficient evidence.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we will provide the transaction records to the payment gateway (Razorpay) as part of the dispute resolution process. We encourage you to reach out to us directly before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved promptly.
